Removal Order
You have the right to appeal a removal order made against you at either an admissibility hearing or examination.
Sponsorship
As the sponsor, you have the right to appeal the refusal of the application for permanent resident visas made by the persons you sponsored.
Residency
You have the right to appeal a decision made outside Canada by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on your failure to meet permanent residency obligations.
