Executive Director
Simon Coakeley was appointed as the Executive Director of the IRB and began his duties on September 2, 2008.

On June 1, 2009, Shari A. Stein was designated as the Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division
Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Protection
On March 5, 2007, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration designated Ken Sandhu as the Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Protection Division.
Director General of the Immigration Division
Susan Bibeau was appointed Director General of the Immigration Division on April 1, 2009.
