How to read the Admissibility Hearings Finalized by Type of Allegation statistics chart

  • Allegations: Allegations considered during admissibility hearings finalized within the identified time period. “Allegations” refers to the relevant section of the IRPA that the CBSA believes the foreign national or permanent resident has contravened. Please note that during admissibility hearings, the member can consider one or multiple allegations and, as such, statistics on total hearings finalized and total number of allegations considered will not align.
